A New Year's Eve dinner at À Table in Latem: a three-course menu, thought through table by table, from the first candle to the goodie bag on the way out.
The idea
Every part of the evening was designed as one whole: the menu, the table styling, the guests' goodie bags and the running order of the night. Nothing was decided in isolation. The menu set the mood, the mood set the table, the table set the light.
Candlelight, red menu cards and one long table turned the guests into company for the evening instead of separate tables. The night ran from the first course to the midnight toast, with the goodie bag as the last, personal note to take home.
